These Terms govern your access to and use of our exhibitions, digital platforms, subscriptions, products, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By purchasing a subscription, booking tickets, visiting our venues, or accessing our online content, you agree to these Terms and any additional policies referenced herein.

2. Eligibility and User Account

• Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase tickets or subscriptions. Minors may participate in our Services only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
• Account Creation: Certain digital features require you to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your login credentials confidential, and notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

3. Scope of Services

• Exhibitions and Events: Access to exhibitions, live performances, workshops, and tours may require separate ticket purchases or subscriptions. Some events have limited capacity and are subject to availability.
• Digital Content: We provide access to virtual reality (VR) and augmented reality (AR) experiences, documentaries, livestreams, and other digital content. Technical requirements (e.g., compatible devices, internet connection) are your responsibility.
• Subscriptions: Subscription tiers (e.g., Basic, Premium, Luxury) provide varying levels of access. Subscription benefits are described on our website and may be updated periodically.

4. Responsibilities

• Our Responsibilities:
  • We will use reasonable efforts to ensure that venues are safe, well maintained, and accessible in accordance with applicable health and safety standards.
  • We will describe our exhibitions, events, and subscription benefits accurately and deliver Services with reasonable care and skill.
  • We will process personal data in compliance with applicable privacy laws and our Privacy Policy.
• Your Responsibilities:
  • You agree to conduct yourself respectfully toward staff, performers, other patrons, and exhibits.
  • You must comply with all posted and verbal instructions regarding safety, photography, VR/AR usage, and prohibited items.
  • You are responsible for ensuring that any children or guests accompanying you adhere to these responsibilities.
  • You agree to maintain up‑to‑date payment information and to honour all payment obligations for tickets, memberships, and subscriptions.

5. Membership Benefits and Fees

• Membership Benefits: Depending on your subscription tier, benefits may include priority booking, unlimited entry to exhibitions, discounts on workshops or merchandise, exclusive digital content, and access to members‑only events. The exact benefits for each tier are described on our website and may be updated from time to time.
• Membership Fees: Membership and subscription fees vary by tier and duration. Fees are payable in advance and will be clearly indicated during checkout. Unless otherwise stated, membership fees are for personal, non‑commercial use and are non‑transferable.
• VAT and Other Taxes: Fees displayed on our website may be exclusive of value‑added tax (VAT) or similar sales taxes. Where applicable, VAT at the prevailing rate will be added at checkout and itemised on your receipt. You are responsible for paying any taxes due under applicable law.

6. Purchasing and Payment

• Pricing: All prices are listed in the applicable currency and are subject to change. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to modify prices and packages at any time. Promotional or introductory pricing may be offered from time to time.
• Payment Methods: We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods indicated during checkout. You warrant that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.
• Automatic Renewals: Subscriptions and memberships automatically renew for successive periods unless cancelled before the renewal date. Renewal fees, including any applicable VAT, will be charged to your chosen payment method at the then‑current rate.
• Refunds:
  • Event & Workshop Tickets: Ticket purchases for events and workshops are non-refundable unless cancelled at least 10 days prior to the scheduled event date. Cancellations made within 10 days of the event will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Subscriptions: Subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle; partial refunds for unused time are not provided.

7. User Conduct

• Venue Rules: You agree to comply with all posted and verbal instructions at our venues, including health and safety regulations. We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any person for disruptive or unsafe behaviour.

• Prohibited Activities: You may not:
  • Engage in unauthorised recording or live-streaming of exhibitions or performances.
  • Use our Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws or regulations.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with our digital platforms or VR/AR content.

8. Intellectual Property
All content—including but not limited to text, audio, video, software, designs, and trademarks—is owned by or licensed to Echoes of Heritage Ltd. and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable licence to access and use the Services for personal, non‑commercial purposes. No rights are granted to reproduce, distribute, or exploit our content without our prior written consent.

9. Privacy and Data Security
We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle information such as names, contact details, payment data, and usage analytics. Our websites and digital platforms may use cookies and similar technologies; you can manage cookie preferences via your browser settings. We may integrate with third‑party providers for payments, streaming, or VR experiences. Your data will be shared with these partners only as necessary to provide the Services.

10. Cancellation, Suspension and Termination

• By You: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. Cancelling will prevent automatic renewal; access continues until the end of the current term.
• By Us: We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services for violation of these Terms, non‑payment, or any activity that may cause harm to other users or our operations. If we terminate for cause, you are not entitled to a refund.
• Changes to Services: We reserve the right to modify or discontinue aspects of the Services at any time. If a significant change materially diminishes your subscription benefits, we will provide reasonable notice.

11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

• No Warranty: To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, availability, or non‑infringement.
• Health Risks: VR and immersive experiences may cause dizziness, nausea, or other discomfort. You participate at your own risk. If you have health concerns, consult a physician before using VR/AR services.
• Limitation of Liability: Echoes of Heritage Ltd. and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Services. Our total liability is capped at the amount you paid for the applicable Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Echoes of Heritage Ltd., its directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in law, our business practices, or our Services. When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date and, where required, notify you via email or through our platforms.
